Custom Tattoo Processing Time:

Please note our custom designs editing time is currently 10 business days. Our artists are working hard to get your tattoo edited for printing. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Also, do keep in mind that we may need to contact you to adjust your design(s) via email so please do keep an eye on your email inbox! This can further extend your processing times as we work with you on creating your perfect custom tattoo.

Non-custom Tattoo Processing Time:

All of our tattoos are made to order, meaning they're made just for you, when you order them! Our processing times for non-custom tattoos currently is 4-5 business days to print your tattoo and get it ready for shipping.

Shipping Time

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, some carriers are still operating with reduced staffing and taking extra caution in reviewing packages arriving across the border, causing longer-than-expected delays with processing and clearance through customs.

Refund if not delivered after 30 days

If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Refund for packages lost in transit

Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Refund if items arrive damaged

Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.
